Amy Königbauer is currently working on collecting experiences of people living in self-isolation, quarantine, and the working-or-not-working-from-home times of Covid-19. A work in progress consisting of making photographs, collaborating with Beck Norman, and looking for writers to submit their work. A collection of images, poems, and prose will arrive the summer of 2020.

Calling for submissions of 1000 words or less from Vermont-based poets and writers, written during this period of global quarantine, due to Covid-19.
In collaboration with photographers Beck Norman and Amy Königbauer, selected writings will be considered for publication, to accompany safely shot portraits (through windows and across streets) of friends and neighbors living throughout our communities, during these unique and wild times of self-isolation.
Suggested themes for submissions are: impact, access, equity, ups and downs, community, longing, grief, sickness, loneliness, loss, fortune, abundance, time, productivity, the future, how you’re feeling, communication (or the lack thereof), change, connection, solitude, transformation.
Please submit up to three pieces. Works longer than 1000 words will not be considered.
The deadline for submissions is Saturday, May 9th, 2020. All works must be received by 11:59pm.
