Psalm 46 and Shakespeare

In the King James version of the Bible: 'The 46th word from the top of the 46th Psalm is "Shake" ("The earth doth shake."), and the 46th word from the bottom (omitting the liturgical mark "Selah") is "spear" ("God cutteth forth a spear")' according to James C. Humes.1 Born in 1564, William Shakspere would have been 46 in 1611, when this Bible came out, but only until his birthday on April 26.

There is no evidence that Shakspere had anything to do with the translation. That this might have to do with some sort of coding system is open to question.
