1) Michael J. Farrand, ASA, Principal

Mr. Farrand graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Economics and a B.B.A. with emphasis in Finance. He later received an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Mr. Farrand conducted research on the public equities market for professors at each institution. At Pepperdine, while serving as a graduate assistant, he also coordinated seminars on ethics and the public financial markets, instructed students in Finance, and conducted research and financial analysis for a medical consulting firm. He has been a guest lecturer on the subject of business valuation at Pepperdine University and the University of California at Los Angeles. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers, Business Valuation discipline. source
